Freedom Day BBQ 2024

Please join us for a Freedom Day BBQ on Sat 6th July 2024 !! We’ll fire up the grill around 11:00 and y’all can skedaddle outta here in time to catch the 18:00 EuroCup Quarter Finals !! ;-D

We’ll most likely fire up the grill at 11:00 !! ;-D Please kindly bring anything that you’d like to eat & share with the group. We’ll do our best to provide shade in case of sun and shelter in case of rain (& / or WW3). This whole thing was Naomi‘s idea, so let’s please agree to blame her if it all goes wonky … she’s just a Devil Woman … as we all know !! ;-D

My house can be accessed via the itty-bitty driveway directly across the street from the church steps … please snake your way up until you can’t go any further and you’ll have reached our humble abode … a yellow house w/ blue shutters … guarded by a scrappy little kitty named Skitty !! ;-D

You should be able to find our place via GPS but if you get lost, then do pretty-please call the landline or Devil Woman Hotline (076 687 2140) and we’ll do what we can to help you navigate. The spouse and I will most likely park our cars elsewhere for the day. Do pretty-please call a few days in advance if you’d like to reserve a parking spot !! ;-D

Anyone who arrives by bus (https://www.mbc.ch/Plan-de-reseau : Ligne 730 : (stop) Grancy, collège), leg-powered bike, ambulating legs, arm-powered wheelchair — any means of eco-friendly transport — scores an extra freedom elixir … on the house !! ;-D
